DIRECTIONS

1. Chop up your cream cheese filling

2. Make a hole in the croissant for where you will pipe it into

3. Pipe in filling and spread on the toppings

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 3-5mins or till croissant is crispy again.

Best served warm straight out the oven.

INGREDIENTS

Scallion Cream Cheese filling:

• 1-2 spring onions chopped finely

• Smoked salmon

• Cream cheese

Dill

• Chives

Topping:

• Basil Pesto

• seasoning mix (poppy seed, sesame seed, garlic, onion, salt)
