Oreo Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

DIRECTIONS

Bake until a toothpick comes out the middle with a few moist crumbs on and there’s no wet batter. Make sure to let it cool before making the icing

45 Oreos

1.5 tsp baking powder

380ml milk (whole or semi-skimmed at room
temperature

For the cream cheese frosting:

45g unsalted butter, softened

45g cream cheese, room temperature

125g icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Crushed Oreos, optional
