Hot Honey Halloumi & Avocado Toast

DIRECTIONS

     1. Add your sliced halloumi to a pan and add your honey, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and black onion seeds. Mix everything up and cook on a medium heat for around 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
     2. Add your chorizo to an oiled pan and add your eggs to some boiling water. {for the perfect poachies I crack my eggs straight into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes, no swirling or adding anything extra. Use a spoon and pop on some kitchen towel}.
     3. Pop your bread in the toaster and then layer everything up.
     4. Avocado, halloumi, poached eggs, chorizo, black pepper, chilli flakes and some fresh parsley.
