Garlic Parmesan Chicken Alfredo Bread

DIRECTIONS

Pre heat oven at 355 F. Make the garlic butter by adding softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and chili flakes in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Season the chicken with the seasoning listed above and cook for 6 minutes each side onto a hot pan or grill. Once cooked cut into slices.

For the Alfredo sauce, heat butter in a skillet. Add heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir constantly and add the seasonings. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens.

Slice the loaf into half. Spread garlic butter evenly

over the open surfaces of the bread. Top it with Alfredo sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese. Add the chicken and drizzle some more Alfredo sauce on top garnish with chopped coriander.

Place the bread on a prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve with Alfredo sauce and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

     1        bread loaf
   3/4      cup mozzarella cheese

 

For the garlic butter

   1/2     cup softened butter
    4      cloves of garlic finely minced
     1      tbsp finely chopped parsley
     1      tsp red chili flakes
            Salt and pepper to taste

For the chicken

     1      lb boneless chicken breast
     1      tbsp garlic powder
     1      tbsp paprika powder
            Salt and pepper to taste
     1      tbsp coriander powder
     1      tbsp cumin powder

For the Alfredo sauce

     2     tbsp butter
     1     cup unsweetened heavy whipping cream
     1     cup Parmesan cheese
     1     tbsp Italian seasoning
           Salt and pepper to taste
     1     tsp garlic powder
     1     tsp garlic powder
