1. Heat a 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped onion and cook until soft, add the beef mince and brown over high heat for 5-6min, add chopped garlic, fry for 30 second, add the grated carrots, tomato sauce, seasonings, vegetable stock cube and water.
3. Combine and cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 20min.
4. Dip each tortilla wrap in the bolognese sauce, place in a pre heated pan.
5. Add grated cheese on the tortilla wraps, add 3 tbsp bolognese taco mix, more grated cheese, fold the tortilla wraps and grill on each side for few minutes on medium heat until slightly browned

• 1/3 cup water
• 1/2 vegetable stock cube
• any grated cheese (for example cheddar)
