BBQ Chicken Mini Baguettes

DIRECTIONS

   1. In a pan add all of the soup ingredients apart from the bloomed gelatine, bring to the boil
   2. Reduce to a simmer then add in the bloomed gelatine and stir until dissolved
   3. Pour the mixture into a tub and place in the fridge overnight

INGREDIENTS

   • 2 mini baguettes

   • 125g chicken breast

   • Mixed pepper

   • Red onion

   • 2tbsp BBQ sauce

   • 16g cheese (split across 2)

   • Spring onion

   • Salt

   • Pepper

   • Paprika
