1. Mix together ingredients for oat layer and place into a bowl or container
2. Melt white chocolate and quickly mix in greek yogurt until smooth. Pour over oat layer. Keep in fridge overnight
3. In the morning, sprinkle on crushed oreo and enjoy!
Oat layer:
• 1/2 quick oats (or rolled oats)
• 1/2 almond milk
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 tsp chia seeds
Ganache layer:
• 1/4 cup thick greek yogurt
• 1 square of white chocolate, melted
• 1 oreo biscuit, crushed
